llwrc.com itself does not collect personal information of any kind. There are no accounts, tracking forms, or stored submissions on this site.

Where your repair data lives

When you start a repair, submit a support request, or sign in, you are taken to our secure repair-management system at locklabs.repairshopr.com, where personal information (such as your contact details, machine serial number, and repair history) is collected as needed to complete the services you request. That system is operated with RepairShopr — see the RepairShopr privacy policy.

Security incidents
